ITO is the transparent conductive electrode as Indumn-tin oxide, which has excellent transmission characteristic and reflective characteristic.
Because it has low electric resistance, it is used for flat display. But because it is expensive, it is weak against external impact and stress, it has low mechanical stability when its film is bent, and it has too excessive electric characteristic change by thermal-deformation with substrate.
